For the hot weather coffee order change

This post is just a quick one as with the hot weather coming in and orders changing to iced, I thought it best to cover some of the top combos to try this summer! Prepare for a lot of pictures.

Iced Coffees

Okay so pretty much any drink you usually order can be made iced, this spans from americanos to cappuccinos and all others on the menu board, even a chai or matcha are nice for hot days. I personally have iced matcha with coconut milk and honey. (definitely worth trying)

A lot of iced milk drinks have a thick foam on top usually made with a milk whipper, this is to emulate the foam on the hot version of the drinks.

Syrups and milks

When it comes to the aforementioned combos, these are the top picks in my opinion:

Oat milk and Caramel syrup

This is my go to iced coffee drink, especially when needing some sugar. Order one of these and you’ll never go back!

Coconut milk and Vanilla syrup

Coconut milk and vanilla syrup is a super good combo for iced coffees but if you swap the vanilla for a mocha then it hits iced bounty bar so again a must try!

Almond milk and Hazelnut syrup

I’m not a big almond enjoyer but this combo makes you forget your drinking almond milk entirely as the hazelnut syrup is the main taste. An iced mocha with hazelnut is also a must try as it’s a Nutella coffee drink.

Soya milk and Cinnamon syrup

Soya milk with cinnamon syrup is a great option for ice coffee if you don’t like the more powerful flavours of coconut and almond and can’t have oat, the cinnamon makes the soya flavour less noticeable and so works well overall but gingerbread is also a good option.

Hi all, next week will be back to science with some milk science and coving how milk foams. I hope you’ve got some good weather and can enjoy these drink ideas! Have a great week and some even better coffees.
